Master Monitoring Checklist

I finally managed to complete the master checklist. Ultimately, I will be using the list to closely monitor my Hot Wheels collections. At the time I am writing this note, I have been outbid on the 2010 Green NightBurnz 2008 Lancer EVO. It is one of list's 5 most wanted model .

Apparently, I could not get all the model at the HW shelf. As such, eBay or Mudah is the only venue to buy it. While waiting RCE to be generated, I delightedly bought the hauls on eBay:

1) Grey 2008 Lancer EVO DK;

2) Red 2008 Lancer EVO DK;

3) Blue 2009 Nissan Skyline GT-R R32;
4) Satin Blue Bugatti Veyron; and

5) Pearl White 2010 Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4

Jalan-Jalan Cari Hot Wheels

Dalam pencarian Hot Wheels, pengumpul dan pencari novice macam aku menghadapi sedikit kesukaran mendapatkan model yang dikehendaki. Beberapa fakta dapat di kenal pasti. Antaranya:

1. Tiada start up cost atau budget yang banyak.
   
2. Bermula lambat, semua model-model dan variants telah di miliki oleh pengumpul-pengumpul tegar.
   
3. Tiada informasi tentang bila Hot wheels restock di tempat-tempat jualan.
   
4. Kenalan dengan pengumpul tegar masih sedikit untuk bertukar-tukar pendapat dan sukar mendapatkan informasi terbaru.
5. Tidak mempunyai fokus pada model yang ingin di ikuti.
6. Pengumpul tegar booked model baru sebelum di paparkan di kaunter.
   

Namun, dikit-dikit fakta kelemahan di atas dapat di atasi dengan bantuan banyak dari pengumpul tegar Rahmat Dawan. Seterusnya, aku lebih perlu fokus pada model-model tegar yang menarik. Beli online seperti di eBay jika perlu. Tetapi, the drawback when buying via online like eBay, harga amat melampau. Selalunya seller akan jual sekali ganda dari harga asal. Itu belum di campur dengan kos penghantaran yg semestinya dikenakan RM6 minima. Ucap Selamat Mencuba pada aku!

Something, that surprises!

Coming back from Mumbai, I quickly checked my pay slip. I heard the news when i was in Mumbai. The news is that there are a few employees will be getting salary adjustment for the month of November. The adjustment is merely to compensate the underpaid salaried staffs. Also, it is to regularise the salary scale, or whatever ther call it. Surprisingly, guess who's getting it?

New Hot Wheels Hobby

I apparently have a big passion for a small cars. I bought 5 hauls over the weekend. Unfortunately, I have started a bit late in collecting the models. I have yet to get whole of all the car models and variations. Furthermore, I do not have the opportunity to buy the top wanted series Treasure Hunts models thus far.

Hot Wheels, a little in 3” diecast produced by Mattel since 1968. It had been commemorative to many children and adults today. Collecting Hot Wheels cars is an easy and fairly inexpensive hobby, but it gives me joy and excitement just like any other hobbies.

Here are a few of my collections.

Sekali di Mumbai - Hujan Emas Di Negeri Orang

Berkesempatan berkunjung ke Mumbai pada 24 hingga 30 Nov 2010 atas urusan kerja. Not really kerja but attended international training on securities market operations. Berlepas from Malaysia pada 9.20am menaiki AirAsia dan mendarat lebih kurang 12.30pm local time. Mumbai semestinya lewat 2 jam setengah dari Malaysia. Suasa hingar bingar selepas keluar dari Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport meruntun fikiran. Kereta terlalu banyak on the road selain motosikal. Honking sounds lagi memeranjatkan. Ternampak tulisan 'Horn OK, Please'. Patut lah.

Inilah buktinya

Hotel pickup, Amir datang lewat sikit sampai. It took us one hour ke hotel. 4-Star hotel di Colaba, Mumbai amat memeranjatkan. Macammanapun, Alhamdulillah dapat berteduh di negara asing ini untuk tempoh 5 atau 6 hari.

4-Star Fariyas Hotel

Hari pertama training schedule penuh 9am to 6pm. Begitu lah hari-hari seterusnya cuma ada beberapa study visit to leading futures broker, SEBI dan Reserve Bank of India. Training sangat informative. India market amat besar. Terkejut bila diberitahu derivatives market 7kali ganda equity market in term of volume value. About 60% of the population adalah young generation. Banyak lagi runag dan masa bagi golongan-golongan muda ini untuk menceburi derivatives dan stock market.
